FOOD SERVICES AND CATERING DIRECTOR

We are pleased to introduce Randy Carter, a longtime friend of Green Oak Ranch, as our new Food Services and Catering Director.

Randy brings many years of restaurant and food service experience to the Ranch’s Food Service Division.  Since taking on the lead role in our Dining Hall and Holy Smoke Barbecue we have heard nothing but rave reviews for our tasty mea

ls and expert service.

I think you will find Randy to be a committed Christian whose heart is clearly on the side of the men and women in our program community, and the camp and retreat guests that fill our Dining Room.

Randy lives on the Green Oak Ranch site along with his wife, Jennifer, and their two daughters.
